                                   In this Post I will tell you the 5 asanas that if you do daily then you should free from every diseases. The modern lifestyle is very hectic. Everyone is in hurry. Strict work schedule and neck breaking deadlines have made it tough to look after one's  health and diet. Ignorance towards health and diet can affect one's health and Physical  appearance. Increasing awareness of yoga and it's amazing health and beauty benefits have inspired millions of busy men and women across the globe to integrate it in their daily life.

1) Padmasana
       


                        Padmasana is also known as Lotus Pose. This is a simple and easy  asana to do. It helps in maintaining a straight posture and is important position for meditation.

2) Sarvangasana
 
                  Sarvangasana is one of the advaced yoga pose packed with lot of benefits. It is a total body workout pose and hence the name. It strengthens all the inner organs of your body and keeps the strong and healthy.
BENEFITS :- It is a complete body exercise that purifies blood, strengthens to nervous system,  heart and lungs. It beautifies skin, reduces wrinkles in face , aged look and stiffness. It is beautiful for singers,  as it improves voice.

          3) Bhujangasana
   
                              It is also known as cobra pose. It is one of the main backward bending asanas. Bhujangasana may strengthen the spine, stretch the chest, shoulders and abdomen. It is the sixth position in suryanamskar.


Benefits :- It strengthens the back muscles especially the lower back. The asana relives back pain ,neck pain and sciatica. It is a boon for those suffering from DIABETES.

4) Vajrasana
         
     
                  Also known as Vajrasana, Vajrasana comes from sanskrit word 'Vajra' which means thunderbolt or diamond.  Vajrasana stimulates the Vajra nadi which facilities good digestion. The asana is used for worshipping and meditation in Islam and Buddhism.
BENIFITS:- 
                  Vajrasana helps in digestive system. It helps to prevent acidity and ulcers. Hydroelectric is a condition where clear fluid accumulates in the male scrotum. Ladies during Pregnancy, if practices , it would help them to have normal delivery

5) Surya Namaskar

                       Surya Namaskar can also be referred to as the complete body exercise.  In case , you cannot spare ample time for exercise , completing 10 rounds of Surya Namaskar will give your entire body the much needed workout session.
